Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Products — Free Worldwide Shipping We offer complimentary shipping on all standard orders to over 210 countries and regions worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- Hong Kong: 3–5 business days
- Asia Pacific: 7–14 business days
- North America & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Floor Lamps — Flat Rate Shipping Due to their size and weight, floor lamps are subject to a flat shipping rate of USD $150 per order, delivered worldwide.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to over 210 countries and regions. Some remote areas or P.O. boxes may not be eligible for delivery. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@masdio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
