This light arrived quickly and was very well packed. The frame feels like black matte coated steel, the lamp itself is plastic. The solar panel on top is generous sized. Be sure to keep the remote in a familiar and safe place. If you lose it, you'll not be able to access the options to change color, turn on/off to save battery power, nor access the timer (3h/5h/8h) function. The entire light looks and feels solid and well made. It came with mounting hardware and sits flat on even surface. This is a large light that illuminates a good amount of space. How long it lasts only time can tell. For now, it works as advertised. Recommend.
